We believe that we have a duty to provide a thoroughly professional and ethical business whilst supporting the needs of all our stakeholders. This will include but not be limited to the following groups and protocols: Customers (both business and consumer), suppliers (regardless of the product or service they deliver), government bodies, non-governmental organisations, our neighbours and our staff and the laws of our country.
As such we have produced Policy documents to safeguard our customers, suppliers and the staff in our care. This includes: a Health & Safety Policy and subsequent Policy Statement and an Environmental Policy and subsequent Policy Statement. In addition we have developed a Staff Handbook.
Beyond this we will comply with: the Equality Act (2010), the Disability Discrimination Act (1995) and including other Acts of Parliament such as the Trades Description Act (1968) and the Sale of Goods Act (1979).
