Managing Director
Mike is a fourth-generation member of the family business. He is a highly experienced glass professional who has risen through the ranks of the company to take the helm as the Managing Director.
He is focused on driving his management team forward to ensure that the company offers the best possible service to its customers as it has done for the last 100 years.
Mike enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and travelling.
Operations Director
Andrea joined the company as Financial Controller in 2014. Having previously worked in the construction industry, she brings a tremendous amount of experience of the sector with her. Since her appointment, she has continued to improve the systems and revitalise the department with a wealth of new ideas. Her drive for improvement and dedication led to her promotion to Financial Director in January 2021 and in 2022 to Operations Director.
Andrea’s love for nature, animals and helping others led her to become a service dogs trainer and also dog support to rescue services.
General Manager
Tracey joined the company as General Manager in April 2022, having previously worked in the lighting industry and for another glass processing company. She brings with her considerable glass knowledge and business experience. As General Manager she is focused on supporting the managers and the board by driving through continuous improvements and efficiencies, building on all aspects of customer service and the vision for the next stage of the company’s journey.
Tracey enjoys travelling, reading, walking along the beach and socializing with family and friends.
Head of Technical & Creative Designs
Keith is a fourth-generation member of the family business and has worked his way up from a very young age. He first worked for the company when he was still in school, understanding how to use and service machinery, learning production processes, and fulfilling deliveries. With a vast experience of glass and glazing techniques and systems, Keith is now the company’s Head of Technical & Creative Designs.
Keith enjoys most sports, but particularly football and running. He has completed a number of half and full marathons.
Health & Safety and HR Manager
Amanda is a fourth-generation member of the family business, and with a strong understanding of the need for effective employee wellbeing and safeguarding, was the perfect choice for the role of Health & Safety and HR Manager. She supports the staff at all levels through training and reinforcement, which ensures that the employees, the company and its visitors are protected.
Amanda juggles work with a busy family life and enjoys biking around the UK, and anything to do with canals and boats.
Customer Account Manager
Laura is a fifth-generation member of the family business who understands the need for quality customer service. As Customer Accounts Manager, Laura aims to build trusting relationships with customers, to stay aware of their needs and requirements, and to propose solutions that meet their objectives.
Laura enjoys countryside walks, attending music festivals, or travelling to new cities.
Quality Assurance Manager
Adrian joined the company in August 2013 with ten years of experience in the industry. With his excellent knowledge of glass processing and servicing machinery he was promoted to Assistant Factory Manager in November 2016. It became clear he is a perfectionist and cares about jobs being completed to the highest standards and within the required lead time which led to his promotion as Quality Assurance Manager in September 2021.
Adrian enjoys spending time with his family, cooking and also developing his IT skills.
Contracts Manager
After completing an MSc in project management, Khin joined the company in September 2021 with a wealth of knowledge, passion, and dedication. An experienced Contracts Manager in the architectural glazing sector, her interest in project management began when she worked alongside a project director in a real estate development.
Khin enjoys travelling, reading, and practising mindfulness through meditation.
Finance Manager
Latifah joined Preedy Glass in 2018. With her passionate about customer service and ensuring customers’ experience is always a positive one, Latifah was promoted to assistant sales office manager and then to sales office manager.
In July 2022 Latifah wanted to expand her knowledge and took over the finance department as Finance manager.
Outside of work, Latifah has a keen interest in technology, music, and all things creative, recording and mixing music in her spare time. She has competed in a number of sporting events, and successfully climbed the O2 last year.
Factory Manager
Paresh joined the production team at Preedy Glass in August 2021 as a Foreman, bringing fourteen years of experience in various sectors of the glass and glazing industry. He loves to help people and values excellent customer service which is why he was promoted to a Factory Manager in 2023.
Outside of work, Paresh enjoys family time, sightseeing, music and comedy, learning new things, socialising with friends, and watching the Discovery Channel.
Team Leader
Vina joined the company in 2022 having worked previously in Account Management roles. She takes pride in attention to detail, has a technical mindset and was promoted to Team Leader in 2023.
Vina loves spending time with her children, cooking and visiting new places.
Assistant Contracts Manager
Gareth is a fifth-generation member of the family business. He comes from a background in building services engineering and business improvement, where he worked on Crossrail and the new Terminal 2 at Heathrow, among other projects.
His passion for the business grew from working at the company alongside his father and grandfather during breaks from school.
Gareth likes many sports – football and cricket in particular – but he is happiest when skiing in deep snow off-piste.
